Who's going to San Diego this year? Last year the downtown hotels near the convention center sold out in about a day once the reservations opened and I ended up in Mission Valley on the trolley.
It's basically a lottery at this point. What's everyone's plan?
I'm going! Splitting a room with three friends from my critique group. Hoping for the Gaslamp, but expecting Hotel Circle.
Flights from Glasgow are about 600 quid, so I'm watching from here with envy.
Hotel Circle is fine. The trolley is easy and the hotels are cheaper. Bring comfortable shoes, the convention center is enormous.
Driving down from San Jose. I'll have a car if anyone wants to carpool from the hotel.
