Hot take: hand lettering looks better than any font. Comic Sans is a crime. Discuss.
Nobody here uses Comic Sans, Harriet. I use one of the free Blambot fonts and it's saved me hours every week.
I made a font from my own handwriting with one of those online services. Best of both worlds, except my lowercase e looks drunk.
Font for dialogue, hand-lettered sound effects. That's my rule.

Old thread but - does anyone letter in Manga Studio? The text tool is kind of awful.
I export the pages and letter in Photoshop. Manga Studio's text tool was clearly made by someone who never lettered a comic.
