A new site for a three-dentist practice on Riverside Road, with a page for each treatment, an appointment request form and a team page that the practice manager keeps up to date herself.

The brief was simple: patients kept phoning to ask about opening hours and whether the practice took new NHS patients. Both answers are now on the home page. The appointment request form sends an email to the front desk, who phone the patient back to confirm a time.

We also set up the practice's first proper email addresses and trained two members of staff to edit the site.
