[edit] Colour or color?

Should we use British or American spelling? The C64 article says "colour" but the Apple II one says "color" in a couple of places. --VIC II fan 20:44, 4 June 2007 (UTC)

My vote is to use whatever fits the machine: British spelling for British computers and American for American ones, like Wikipedia does. The main thing is not to keep changing it back and forth. --Zilog Zed 21:30, 4 June 2007 (UTC)

Sounds sensible. I'll add it to the community portal as a style rule. --Datasette Dave 08:15, 5 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Sales

Does anyone have a reliable number for how many Spectrums were sold? I've seen "over 5 million" a few times but never with a source. --81.152.67.23 13:40, 30 June 2007 (UTC)

Not that I know of. Sinclair stopped quoting figures after Amstrad took over. I've left it out of the article for now. --Zilog Zed 14:20, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
